Just Like That

The shadow flowed across her bed. Fear for things forgotten darkened the mind.

Gone disappeared, withdrawn, hurt.

Digs deeper and deeper in the mind, unwraps the fear, lays it bare.

Glint of ice blue eyes pierce the darkness, smile touched the lips.

Golden locks glimmer in the bright light of Lady Lunar.

His laughter touches her soul.

Memory awakes.

Swirling smoke of shadow envelopes her body.

His touch arches her back.

His name escapes her lips in a whisper.

Warm and safe lustful and wicked.

Words of magic woven upon dark under moonlight.

The road is different, the lane narrow.

Takes her hand, kisses her brow, roars her name.

And just like that, we are back.
